For the first time in my life, my father looks forward to meditation. He has asked me to make him meditate daily! He is new to this so he needs relaxing music to try this out. And my mother used to meditate before but she lost the habit. Because of my father, we all sit together at the same time and try to relax and meditate for some time at least.
Due to this, we have developed a different kind of bond. We have opened up a new level of mental health talk in our house. I get to explain to my parents about anxiety, depression, therapy and all. It’s amazing. I love them even more now because of this!
Plus, it feels better once you are done with meditation.
