On keeping a journal

It has been a while since I started maintaining a journal and I can’t believe I didn’t start this sooner.
It sure is difficult to spare a few minutes daily for updating the journal. Sometimes I have to force myself to write but once I start, it’s difficult to stop.
Journal can consist of anything. It could consist of the list of tasks you want to achieve or the things you did or document your thoughts or the things you can never say etc. It could be anything you want it to be. It doesn’t matter.
If you keep on updating it, you can track the repetitive things you keep on writing about. Especially if you are going through some trauma or anxiety or anything of the sort emotionally, you should definitely keep a journal. Journaling is like a therapy.
All you gotta do is spare some time to sit with your journal and a pen which is difficult but worthy.
Journaling could save your life.
